The event was convened by our Hon. Principal Dr. Gopal Kalkoti, Ms. Khushboo (Yoga Trainee and Member of Goregaon Sports Club), and Mr. Shailesh Patil (Sports in charge).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; color: black;\">The guest of honor for the day was Mr. Prashant Thingalaya, Chairman of the Infrastructure Committee from management.\u00a0 Participants included students, and teaching &amp; non-teaching staff. The Principal along with the yoga trainees demonstrated various Asanas, explaining their benefits like flexibility, better strength &amp; immunity for body, mind, and soul. Active participation of the Principal and teachers made the event lively, which made students &amp; participants more interested and enthusiastic in performing the various Asanas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px; color: black;\">The Yoga Day celebration concluded with felicitation and a vote of thanks given by the Vice Principal &amp;\u00a0 Coordinator, Ms. Seema Rawat.\u00a0All departed fresh &amp; reenergized understanding that Yoga is a way of life towards mental, physical, and emotional well-being.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M V Mandali\u2019s Colleges of Commerce &amp; Science celebrated &#8220;International Yoga Day&#8221; on\u00a021st June 2018 on the college campus from 9.00 am onwards.
