SUMMARY:International Yoga Day 2022
DESCRIPTION:M V Mandali’s  Colleges of Commerce & Science celebrated “International Yoga Day” on  21st June\, 2022 in college campus from 9.00 am onwards. The event was convened by our Principal Dr. Gopal Kalkoti\, Vice-Principal Dr. Seema Rawat\, Ms. Anuja Sahasrabudhe (Yoga Instructor) and Mr. Shailesh Patil (Sports Incharge). \nThe guest of honour for the day was Ms. Anuja Sahasrabudhe\, Yoga Instructor\, The Yoga Institute. Students from Junior college\, Degree college and also Faculty members participated The principal along with the yoga trainees demonstrated various Asanas\, explaining their benefits like flexibility\, better strength & immunity for body\, mind and soul. Active participation of the principal and teachers made the event lively\, which made students & participants more interested and enthusiastic in performing the various Asanas. \nThe Yoga Day celebration concluded with felicitation and Vote of thanks given by the  Principal of Junior College Ms. Madhuri Naik. \nAll departed fresh & reenergized understanding that Yoga is a way of life towards mental\, physical\, emotional well-being.
